Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of unused  handbags within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and protective packaging intact . Handbags must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. To initiate a return, customers must contact our client services team for authorization prior to shipping the item back. Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that final sale items, personalized products, and items purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for return.
